The ITS Helpdesk is available to provide technical assistance to students, faculty, and staff. The ITS Helpdesk can be contacted at 340-693-1466 or email@example.com. You can also use the chat feature on this page to connect with a technician during our hours of operation.
If your telephone call is not answered, please leave a voicemail and a technician will contact you during business hours to provide you with assistance. When leaving a voicemail, please include your full name, ID number, email address, telephone number and a brief description of your issue. A service ticket will be created in our ticketing system and you will receive an email with your ticket number.
ITS Helpdesk is physically located at the service desks of the Library on our both campuses.

Hours of Operation
The helpdesk hours of operation are as follows:
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Saturday: 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Sunday: 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm
